The Rhythm of Destruction

The Hindu God Shiva also known as the Lord of Dance is a profound representation of the constant universal cycle: destruction and creation, birth and death, light and dark. 

On a macroscopic level it can sometimes be hard to interpret this concept and find meaning with it in our every day lives.  For me I find the connection in my training.  At a broad level my training follows cycles of progression and plateau.  We've all felt a training plateau and it can be frustrating, but when we hit that plateau it paves the way for change and ultimately leads to progression.
