Returns and Refunds Policy

At Apali Roi Fightwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are happy to offer a return or exchange. Please read our policy below for more information.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

• Products must be returned within 30 of purchase
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Return and Refund Process:

1. Contact us at contact@apaliroifightwear.com to initiate a return or refund
2. Provide your order number and a reason for the return
3. Pack the product securely and ship it back to us at the address provided
4. Once received, we will inspect the product and process the return or refund

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product
• In the event of a refund, the cost of the product will be refunded, not including shipping costs

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange your product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at michael@apaliroifightwear.com
• We will process a return and issue a refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost
